Sun, Mar 30, 4pm – 6pm: - Bashakov is a musician that is not part of the pop culture, but whose songs-in the style of folk-rock, are widely known. His lyrics are very uplifting, gor example, in his use of the words like “sun” and “light”. Although Mikhail will sing in Russian about different aspects of people’s everyday life, he will explain the context and content of the songs for our audience. Mikhail is part of a dying breed of poet/musicians and we are happy to present this performance. The afternoon will begin with a short recital on guitar and cello by Isaac Mognet and Nikolai Balashov- both members of the band The Hot Teapots.
Friday Night Music Series will feature State College Folk artist Jim Colbert and the harmonious Daughters of Ann, sharing the stage for the first time at East West Crossings! Concert starts at 6pm on Friday March 28th. See you there!
East West Crossings will be closed on Sunday March 23rd. We will re-open per regular hours on Monday!
Hope to see tonight at the Hot Tea Pots show!

Due to popular demand, we will be having another set of tea workshops to accomodate those who were not able to make it in time for the first sign up. To keep the classes intimate for the best tea enjoyment atmosphere, there will be limited number of spots available. They’re already filling up so we’re taking final confirmation right now.
